Education:
B.Tech / M.Tech /BS/MS in Computer Science preferably from IITs, RECs with 2-5 years experience in software development using .NET Framework (ASP.NET, C#, IIS and MSSQL) and Open Source Technologies (LAMP: Linux,Apache,MySQL,Perl,PHP).

Job Description:

• Assumes lead role within professional teams performing software development, design projects based on Microsoft .NET environment and integrating Open Source Technologies (Asterisk, Zimbra)
• Responsible for developing overall conceptual framework, technical specifications for core business and technical architecture components and systems, and major participation in all phases of development, testing, integration, and implementation.
• Provides general direction and technological oversight to other teams members.
• Determines architecture, algorithms to be employed, data architecture, data modeling, use case modeling, object oriented design patterns.
• Determines sequential logical steps, functional descriptions by individual module, and performance parameters and standards.
• Determines and uses various combinations of programming languages and other software development technologies to be utilized depending on nature and scope of project, among them .NET 3.0, MVC, WCF,WPF, WF; ASP.NET, C#, UML modeling, XML, SQL, LAMP(Linux, Apache, MySQL, Perl, PHP)
• Reviews the programming work of teams and individual programmers, performing necessary modifications.
• Prepares technical documentation. Reviews and approves instructions for use by ultimate operators.
• Determines processes whereby new software solutions are integrated into client's existing system. Continues to serve in technical liaison capacity with client after implementation.

Compensation:
Rs 8,00,000 - 10,00,000 per annum

• Developing new ideas and concepts for creative designing.
